We are looking for a values-led People Lead to strengthen our people practices, support effective governance, and help our organisation operate confidently, fairly and compliantly. This is a varied and influential role, working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, senior leaders, managers and trustees to ensure our HR, governance and organisational systems are clear, well managed and aligned with our mission.
The post holder will provide practical and strategic HR support across the employee lifecycle, while also coordinating high-quality governance arrangements for the Board and its committees.
