- We provide information and access to translated resources for communities
- We share accurate information about the life course of vaccinations available to people and families
- We recruit Champions to raise public health awareness in communities that face health inequalities
Who Are We?
We are Champions for health and well-being equality. We’re here to make sure everyone has access to the right services for their health and well-being needs. The Community Champions project is delivered by Forum Central and Voluntary Action Leeds, supported by Leeds City Council and the NHS.
